Newbie Intro
Hello all,

Found this forum searching for info to solve a COBOL program issue.

Just wanted to introduce myself.

19 years in mainframe COBOL programming

DB2, VSAM

some CICS

supported GEAC, Dunn &Bradstreet (or whatever they call themselves these days) for about 8 years.

currently working for Kemper Insurance in Florida.

Personally witnessing the decline of the mainframe programmer in numbers and salary.

Hope to learn from this group and possibly pass on info/tips to you.
