Using War3 with HTTP-Tunnel

I'm trying to set up Warcraft III to run from behind my campus' packet shaper. This is similar to the kazaa issue on the board cept mine is for a good cause : D. Anyway, I know the address and the port that War3 uses. Also i've tried following the directions on http-tunnel's site to set up a proxy but when i set it up, I have no access, I think perhaps my server has proxies disabled? Any ideas?
