ok this is it... I got a laptop from school, it has restrections, not just Windows users' restriction but it has a program called Winsuite installed. First I managed to disabled it by deleting the files front he config folder but then they took my laptop away and reimage it. Now my everuthing is back on and the and the config folder is completely inaccesible. It says "Access denied". somebody help me really I have to take of this thing or am not even able to right click or access properties.
