TV Card only displays fuzz WinDVR3 PowerVCR
Hi

Please can anyone help me?

I have a Conexant BTPCI WDM Video Capture card and all i can capture is grey snow!

I tried hooking it up straight to the antenna, to the video, cable box and playing with all the settings and i still can't get anything?

Please help
