IE problem. Not refreshing. Help please

IE problem. Not refreshing. Help please

We have a web based application. One of the pages that use JVM is not loading first time. If I press F5 it loads properly. Or if I clean up my cache and click on this page, it loads properly.

Can anyone advise what exactly is the problem. I don't have problems with any other page.
