I've had a problem with IE6 in that I couldn't get it to open. Also if a had windows explorer open and entered a URL in the address bar, the window automatically closed. I have since fixed this by playing in the registry with help from adware sites.
the problem I still have is that in my add/remove programs list I have a program called IEFeatSL Uninstall. when I click remove, the window freezes.
I have since not been able to find a fix on the net.
if anyone can supply me with any help on rempving this, it would be greatly appreciated.
