Need to resolve this problem rapidly

I need to share access between a mixture of clients Win '98, ME and XP/2000.

Using Paradox 4.5 for Windows, across a Netware 5 network.

Pre XP/2000 versions of Windows are no problem, and I can install 4.5 on XP and run it. However it will not allow access to the .Net file on the network and I get a network initialisation failure error message.

I have netware client 4.83 install and administrator rights to everything under XP and Netware.

Does anyone have any clues as to how to make this work?

Or is it a case of biting the bullet and redeveloping the applications under
.Net and using a 'proper' C/S database?

The netware client 4.83 for XP and 2000 has an issue with neware access. There is a patch for it that needs to be loaded on each machine running Paradox. Either that or download the 4.90 Netware Client which has the bug fixed.
