Paradox 8 on WinXP Problems

Every so often I get PDXWIN32.EXE - No Disk Error. There is no disk in the drive. It is seemingly random and happens whenever I press a button on a form. Very odd. This happens both with an install from CD and from the network. Anyone ever have this issue? Thanks.
