HELP! Trying to export Paradox 3.5 database to .cdf file or Excel

My parents have an out of date database for their small business and I'm trying to help move them to a Windows based database. They currently use Paradox 3.5 (dos based) and I'm trying to move the database to "qClip pro" which works with quickbooks. The tech people with qClip told me all I had to do is export Paradox database to a .cdf file and I could then import that file into Clip. I could also export to word or excel if that was possible and then import from there. That doesn't sound too difficult but I'm not sure on how to go about doing also of this. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

I think the simplest way would be to get a copy of Paradox for windows, any version would do...

From that, it would be simple to convert to any format you want. By the way, Access reads .db paradox tables...
