I was going through some old boxes in the garage the other day and chanced upon a box of 3.5" floppies. Among them was a Paradox back-up disc with some (now) quite useful data on it that I would like to retrieve. Sadly my Paradox programme (which was something like Vs 2.0 or 3.0 is long gone and I was wondering if there is some way that I could just read the data on the disc (in any state) so that I could transpose it onto Excel. I am running XP Pro and my OS is Firefox. Thanks for any help here.

If you've got *.db files, that could be surely read in from any application, such as Access or Excel or any other db/spreadsheet software...

What is in the disks?
