Red face Paradox 9 to Paradox 7 or vice versa

I am trying to help my mother who has Paradox 7 on her system (WinXP) and I have Paradox 9 (from Corel WP 2000).
I need to restructure her table and add some fields. Also need to create some input forms, queries and reports. Can I use Paradox 9 to do these from my system (also WinXP) and transfer them to her system to be used in Paradox 7?
I remember reading somewhere that Pdox 9 is forwards and backwards compatible, but don't remember what exactly is f/b compatible.
It has been many years since I worked with Paradox, but she wants to use it because it is familiar to her.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
Darla

the tables are level 7, in both places.. they're interchangeable and/or can be touched by p7 and p9 at the same time..

forms, reports, and code from p9 can be opened and re-saved in p7, as long as they only use stuff that p7 knows..
