Need Help About .FDL File

Dear friend i need help about fdl file extantion ( Corel Paradox Forum ) , i need a program for editing and modifying these file ,, thanks

that's the "delivered" version of the file (the compiled version).. you need to edit the fsl.. and the only program you can use to edit paradox files is paradox..
