The installation of Paradox 4.5 ran fine on xp until the end. It said it could not put in the path command and said it would have to do it manually. On my old system (Win 95) this was in autoexec.bat.... can't find such thing in XP.

Now I get error message that paradox can not find ODAPI. I'm thinking that I just need to set the path.... but I don't know where to put it in XP??

Or maybe it is an other problem??? any suggestions ??

Try this:

control Panel / system / advanced /environment variables

then click on path and edit away. Good Luck

This works for me on XP-Pro.
