Paradox 8 and XP Pro

Is Paradox 8 compatible with XP Pro? Any issues I should be aware of prior to installing?

if i remember correctly the reason i went to 9 was because like 7... 8 had the same graphical issues

You can run it correctly if you turn on XP compatibility mode, link properties compatibility tab.
