Smile Date and time format in paradox file

Hello,
I have to import paradox files into access and then create reports. I am having problem understanding the format of the date and time columns in the tables. They are like this

Login Date
09/21/-13451
11/01/-13451

Login time
2.35E-208
1.03E-207

Do anyone know a function to convert to short time? and a normal date format?

I am stuck in the middle of the project because of this problem. Some help in this direction would be highly appreciated.

In what way are you accessing the paradox tables?

Can you describe it precisely?
