Question How to create a database like this

I would like to make a database like this one (same layout and same features).
I do not want it to require internet access or any database program to view it. I would like to be able to put it on disk and read it off there. Is there anyway to do it? What way is easiest?

First, why choose the Paradox site?

What you want cannot be done whithout a program or database program in any form, the stats have to be calculated, the jumps have to be programmed. Thus if you only want to see the current status of your database in this form it must be incorporated in a program, say Delphi, but that's useless and a lot of work.
You have to make this multi record form and on screen stats and jump utilities with a database program like Pdox and store it together with Pdox Runtime on disk. I think you need some knowledge of ObjectPal to perform this specific job.
