Datetime value converting

Hi all,

i have the following problem

ne field in a table contains the following info:

906,151,655.55
actually it means the following:
06/15/2009 16:58:05

so what kind of formula do i need to convert this number to the following format?

MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM

S

i tried with dateadd but result failed.

any help appreciated.
