I'm just learning Crystal Reports that is integrated with Salesforce. In my table, I have list of accounts. Currently, in the designer I have the account name and the account number displaying in the report. I also want to display the parent account name and parent account number. In my table, the parent account is just an id. The parent id is just another account. If I drag the parent id field onto the report designer and preview the report it just shows the parent id value, not the name of the parent account.

How can retrieve the parent account name and parent account number?

I think I need to create some type of formula? I'm not sure how to get the parent account name and number from this table?
