Crystal Report Windows forms Viewer

Error

Not implemented.
Details: Error Code: 0x
Failed to open a rowset.
Error in file (file name is the temporary rpt file that is being created)
Operation not yet implemented.

I am getting the following error when i try to run a report for an application developed in VB 2005. The operating system is windows 2000. Additionally running the report from the same application both in development mode and on a different machine with XP the report is running fine.
