is equal to 2 values only, help!

I'm making a report and
i have a field called "memo id" and I need to filter this field out to only report records with the both memo ids "s10" and "cv10", not just records with one s10 ID or one cv10 ID but for both memo ids in the memo id field for the memo id. should be something like memo id="s10" "cv10".

you showed neither your table layout nor your query, and did not even mention which database system you're using, so presumably you won't mind if i make stuff up
