Highlight specific words in a field

I have a report where I would like to highlight a specific word(s) based on some search criteria results.
i.e. in the report a search criteria is entered to search the company names table for "ACME"
values:
ACME Inc.
Boston Eggs
Charlie's ACME Factory.

i would like to highlight what is underlined
ACME Inc.
Charlie's ACME Factory.

Is there a way to do this in Crystal Reports 10?
