I've set up a group header to sort and group a report by Customer loan number. I figured this was a unique number and would present less risk of duplication on the report. One of the fields used on the report for this group is Borrower.LastName. In this group, I want to sort the report by borrower last name in alpha order. I've attempted using the Record Sort Order and was unsuccessful. The last names do not display in alpha order. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

You may want to try to pull borrower.lastname out into it's own group beneath the loan number group. You can always suppress this new group name and leave the borrower.lastname field where it is in order to preserve the appearance of your report.
