Scheduling crystal report destination to email

Hi Friends,

I hav a problem in sceduling report that should be emailed to us.
When I go Destination in scheduling after setting report to run daily and then setting time, when I select email receipients in destination and eneter my email and set the report to run, Its throwing some error, would someone help me by step by step guide like what I should be doing Please...
