frmperiodicreports

Hi! I have crystal reports 8.5.0.217 installed on my computer which has xpsp3 but am unable to view some reports. I am getting the following error message:
Error Number: 0
Module Name: frmperiodicreports
error in procedure: cmdpreview_click
Line No: 0
Description: Report Error code :20507
Error No: 20507
Error description : Invalid file name

I would be real grateful if someone could assist.
