Crystal 2008 Infoview "Invalid path"

So I am in the process of setting up Crystal Reports 2008 on one of our servers and we go to infoview, open pubic folders, then select the report and click open, but it comes up with the following error:

HTTP Status 400 - Invalid path /CrystalReports/view was requested

"The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect (Invalid path /CrystalReports/view was requested)."

Any idea on how I can fix this?
