Hi,

Here is my design for a recruitment agency. One of the main problems ive come across is that the divisons can only be seen by one or two consultants. This is because some of the data is for government and people need security clearance to view the data. What i have done is put them in a sub-type at the moment, then I can specify users to view the desired tables. My biggest concern is the replication of data. Is there a more efficient way of doing this? Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
