Unhappy Calc Members lost in Previous versions of Excel

Scenario:
We store our cube on SQL Servers (MS Analysis Servers). Our users create offline cubes, which they can view in Excel (XP) without problems.

This cubes are send to our respective clients.

Some clients does not have Office XP. Apparantly, one looses functionality like calculated members when opening a cube in a pivot table in previous versions of Excel.

This particular client uses Oracle databases (I know NOTHING about Oracle). Apparantly they uses Crytal to view cubes (???)

Can anyone please, PLEASE advice me on what course of action to take (That does not involve purchasing additional software on either side)

Kind Regards
