OLE Objkect Button

Sir/Ma'am,

I'm creating a DataBase On The Microsoft Office Access and I am trying to set a button right next to the OLE Objet on a Form where I could insert a picturepor particular person by a single-click (A single click that leads to the pictures being stored in My Documents) instead of going Insert-Object-Browse-my Documetns.

Could you please tell me how do I do it?
