Tool for UML and database design

I want a tool to help me for database design.

I can use this tool to do UML , then based on this UML, it will design database , automatically generate the database schema and sql file.

Which tool can do this job ? any link is welcome.

That tool listed in that link is for UML. I want a tool to import UML file and convert to database schema.
