Table Design issues - need some advice

Hi,

I actually posted this on "Microsoft Access" forum but after some consideration i thought this would be more appropriate as its more of a "design issue". Sorry for the double post! So here it goes:

I'm relatively new to the database arena and have been looking at changing UML models into databases. My teacher gave me this simple UML diagram shown below:

My tasks is to transform it into Microsoft accesss tables and here is my solution:

I created an associative table to manage the "part of" relationship between A and B. Am i correct? Would this solution work?
