SBVR: Semantics of Business Vocabulary and Business Rules (update)

Thanks for the invaluable material. I visited the links of database modeling applications and these applications are expensive...Which one do you prefer for Windows (to export SQL language for SQLite)? It seems that DBDesigner has been discontinued. Do you like MySQL's database-designing application that is supposed to replace it? Thanks!

The whole document is actually referring to a hybrid model of network and relational, using each one where it fits best.

Also, remember the context of this is geared towards embedded systems.
