Lightbulb Data Modeling Tools - Sub-type Notation

Does anyone know which current modeling tool apart from Oracle that will support the Barker's notation where a sub-type is placed inside its super-type entity (i.e. a box insidea bigger box). This approach seems to be a popular way of presenting conceptual models. Any ideas please ?

I've looked for apps that do that. Haven't found any.
