BI / Datawharehousing

Hi guys
Am not sure if i've posted this issue in the right forum. If not pls let me know which 1 is.
I'm interested in workin in Datawharehousing or BI, so i was wondering how do i go about that. (As in which courses can i take and which books can i use). I am currently a developer.
Pls kindly advise and u're also welcomed to ask me Qs

Porbably the best place is Datasabe Concepts & Design but admittedly this is a kind of "soft" rather than "hard" question so you choose
Chat does tend to be passed over by some of the people that might be able to help (I think)...
Alternatively another mod might have a firmer opinion of where best to put this anyway.
