A virtual business centre.

My friend is thinking about a virtual business center creating where small business units can occupy an virtual office; perhaps it will have a big virtual conference hall, where participants communicate online in a separate virtual room; besides the center would have fair and exhibition hall. I have not came across to something like this. What do you think? Is it worth money and forces investing? And how it would be better to design it?

it's a pretty decent idea, but where would you put the virtual printer?

the reason i ask is because i run a paperless office here (i am an independent consultant), except that occasionally i am forced to print something, at which time i will email it to my gmail account (which i never use except for stuff like this), go to my local kinko's, download it and print it there

how would your virtual office help me?
