make data

hi i am trying to do one database for the woker when they start work and they finish the work i don't know how to make ER-model and relationship .Can help me someone to do this

primary keys bold
foreign keys underlined

Entity: Worker
Attributes: ID, Name, Salary, etc.

Entity: WorkerHours
Attributes: ID, StartTime, EndTime
