DB Environment Setup (Dev/QA/Prod)
Looking for some feedback on how you guys have your database environments setup (Dev, QA, Prod, etc) and how you handle data synchronization or data refreshes between Dev/UAT and Prod.

I was lucky enough to receive a phone call from Infrastructure a couple of weeks back to let me know that the development database server would be offline for a couple of hours.
