you guys may already have seen this but i just discovered it today (in the latest Red Gate newsletter) -- SQL Joins, nested loops and all that in less than 6 minutes

i checked a couple of related videos and this one is hilarious, it gives recipes for how to achieve terrible performance and rips EAV to shreds -- SQL Best Practices in less than 20 minutes 1/3

i ain't fishing, i just happened to find his deadpan humour hilarious and though all y'all might enjoy it too
