Can i improve on this ?
Is there any problem with this tables ...I guess I have been thinking too much and now I have lost hat level of holding that logic in my mind...

can anyone plz help me with this....?

DEPARTMENT (Department, Dept_BudgetCode, Buyer)
SKU_DATA_4 (SKU, SKU_Description, Department)
