plz help me in BCNF!

An agency called instant cover supllies part-time/temporary staff to hotels within scotland.this table shows lists the time spent by agency staff working at various hotels.the national insurance no(nin) is unique for every member of staff.
i wanna convert this table to BCNF.i never understand till now that how i can convert this table into bcnf.help me becz im newer in this field.

I think the general idea of course work is that you do it yourself and learn in the process. If you really don't want to do your work then why not just copy the answer from one of your fellow students.

i try it many times but it alwys get wrong.i never want to get complete correct answers but i wana some idea to do it my ownself.i never copied any answer of my fellows.
