We'll be needing quite a bit more information than that, and you will need to ask us specific questions rather than just "help me".

The original poster appears to be looking to hire a consultant, not ask questions and do the work themselves.

Hemin, we would be happy to help you, but you need to ask a specific question. Break your task down into smaller pieces and tackle them one at a time, and if you run into a roadblock then we can help you out.

But we are not going to design your whole database for you.

Log in may contain 7 users
1-Admin
2-User for add data may can work just in some form and report.
3-User for editing some form
4-User for just view report
5-User for Convert Price from Dollar to Dinar
6-I need a code for convert currency daily like (Dollar to Dinar, Dollar to Riyal)
