We'll be needing quite a bit more information than that, and you will need to ask us specific questions rather than just "help me".

The original poster appears to be looking to hire a consultant, not ask questions and do the work themselves.

Hemin, we would be happy to help you, but you need to ask a specific question. Break your task down into smaller pieces and tackle them one at a time, and if you run into a roadblock then we can help you out.

But we are not going to design your whole database for you.

As a start
User_id Type_user Curr_type D_add D_end
other than that I think best place is either modeling class or different job responsibility.
