If you have specific questions and are willing to post your work, we would probably be willing to offer some suggestions. If you're looking for a private "blanket review" of your work before you turn it in, that seems like cheating to me.

I have many specific questions but a person should see the overall design to judge also I dont think checking a design is cheating in my dictionary

Well, you have not posted your overall design, so at the moment the question of whether it is cheating or not is pointless.
