I am looking for a site/app that will allow me to check off as users complete a weekly project, and that can automatically email the users that have not finished, as well as emailing everyone with the status of who did and did not complete the project. Is this available or would I create a DB for this? If so, could you recommend a tutorial site or a good place to hire a programmer?
