Recommendation for Database Design

Hi all,

May i ask what is the best practices for Database Design. I would like to reduce redundancy. Furthermore, i hate to delete my database table again and again due to bad database design. Please help me out!

best practice is 3rd normal form

Best practice is also opinion.
5th normal form is my best practice.
