I have attached an image that contains two ERD's.

I know the first one (Figure 1) has a circular relationship because of the flow of the relationships between the entities.

I wanted to get some expert opinions on the second one (Figure 2). I would assume that this is not a circular relationship because of the flow between the entities. Please help me determine whether or not this is correct.
