Data Modelling Tool

Hi All:
Please note that we are looking for a good data modelling tool .
Please suggest some good data modelling tool which must support Oracle 9 i R2 and MySQL 4.0.x with InnoDB.

erwin works most of the time but can't deal with some modern methods in structuring tables using alt keys.
