Lightbulb Books on (R) DBMS & Data Modeling

Dear Junta,

I am workin as DB Developer, now i want to extend my ken to Data Modeling,i am very much interested in it.Pls adivce me basic modeling books that i need to go through to initate my Modeling career.
Also i want to revise my fundamentals of (R)DBMS. Any interesting book on this is also welcome.
