My report shows at the moment this layout:

k Grace Road 82
k Grace Road 65
k Grace Road 29
I would rather that it was like this:
Area Street Name Street #
K Grace Road 29 65 82
all the information on the same line. Area; Street Name; Street # are seperate fields within a database. The report is formed from a query filtered from the data entry form. May seem simple to some but I am a learner and have tried alsorts of things. Thanks YZC
