moving db2 stored procs from 1 platform to another

I have db2 udb v7.2 eee on an aix v 5.0.1 box. I wanted to shift the database to windows 2000 server machine for maintainance purpose of the aix box. The backup copy on the aix box could not be restored directly using restore command of db2 due to different file structures .So I got the ddl using db2look command . I got the data through import and export commands.
But there are almost 200 stored procs. Is there a way in which I can transfer all of those from aix to windows without manually transferring them one and building them again?
