Replication Help Reqd

Hello,

DB2 8.1 No Fix pack
O/s NT.

I am getting the following error :

2004-06-10-16.33.38.410000 ASN0506E "AsnCcmd" : "ASN" : The program could not attach to
the replication communications message queue.

Target DB and Source DB is on the Same Instance and I am using only one Table from Source DB.

Gurus, Your Help/Expertise is Required.
