Dia3003e

Hi,

Can you please help me out on this message from db2diag.log?

The db2 udb version is 7.1 and OS is Solaris.

PID:1452(db2tcpcm) Appid:none

common_communication sqlcctcpconnmgr_child Probe:125

DIA3003E Error encountered in "TCPIP" protocol support. Return code from

"sqleGetAgent" was "-6036".

I have checked the processes and the db2tcpcm process is running ok.

Regards,

Prashant

-6036 may be the SQL code, so it might be as follows:

SQL6036N START or STOP DATABASE MANAGER command is already in progress.

Explanation: A START DATABASE MANAGER or a STOP DATABASE MANAGER command is already in progress on the system.

User Response: Wait for the command in progress to complete, then try the request again.
